Bringing music to life
Energetic and uplifting, A-Line loudspeakers deliver sound with projection, character and sheer entertainment far beyond their modest dimensions. With their clean, open sound, they’re outgoing, friendly and expressive, bringing a natural sense of life and articulation to your music. They’re refined and composed, with real subtlety, but also with a snap and drive that makes them captivating to listen to at all times.
Within the below video, Philip Swift (Managing Director) provides an overview of the brand and explains the key differences between the A-Line, D-Line and Classic loudspeakers.
Meet the A-Line
FROM STAND MOUNT TO FLOORSTANDING
Adhering to the true definition of a bookshelf loudspeaker the A1 is the smallest model in the A-Line. Standing only 308mm tall and with a depth of just 186mm this closed box design can be positioned in small spaces whilst preserving the Spendor A-Line sonic performance that is energetic, engaging and fun.
The first floor-standing A-Line model, the A2 offers all the musical entertainment of the A1 but in the form of a compact free standing, elegant loudspeaker that can easily be positioned in any listening space. The joyful, expressive listening experience produced by the A2 far exceeds the expectations of a loudspeaker that is only 786mm tall.
Moving up to a Spendor 18cm bass-mid drive unit, the A4 builds on all the strengths of the A2 and adds weight and scale to the performance but still remains slim and unobtrusive in its form. An Award winning product, the A4 delivers a sound with projection, character and sheer entertainment far beyond its size.
The multi-award winning A7 sits at the top of the A-Line. Employing cabinet technology filtered down from D-Line, combined with Spendor hand-built drive units and crossover the A7 can fully deliver its potential. With precision, clarity, dynamics and rhythm the A7 has the ability to bring music to life in a way that you will always find captivating.
